Huntersville Ride

Last weekend was the usual fall Huntersville Trail Ride. No pictures to share cuz I forgot my camera at home on the table!! Go figure. Saturday was a wonderful ride - the ride went from the Skov farm at Nimrod to the a private home beside the village of Huntersville. There were around +65 adults and children on the ride. Some on horse's and some riding the many horse-drawn wagons. Snacks were shared, small children rode their horse's along side of the adults. There was alot of laughter and a good time was had by all. The fellowship continued on into the evening with a shared bounty of potluck and a large bonfire. Early risers renewed the fire and a large breakfast was prepared for those who camped the night. Plans are already in the "makings" for next years gathering. As folks packed up and loaded their horse's, hugs and goodbyes were given until the big community "Cowboy Christmas" held at the Nimrod Town Hall in December. For a small community, there's alot of old fashioned love and support. So, till the next time I have time to write:

Happy Trails from the Rock Solid Arena, LLC.  (Once my "photographer" has time to come back, I'll be able to put more pictures and video's on. It's hard to take pictures of me training and riding when I'm supposed to be IN the picture. Maeve - Hurry back please!)
