Summer 2011 Is Finally Here!

It appears - and "feels" - like summer is finally here. I had my doubts for awhile that maybe it was not going to arrive in time!!

Training has come to a halt at Rock Solid Arena - at least for a few months. A back fusion of L2, L3, L4, L5 & S1 has put me at a stand-still. I'm healing good and Dr. says I'm doing great and should be back in the training mode by .... next spring.... yup - 12 months of healing. Yikes - I hate it - along with the body brace I have to wear. Oh well. Once it's all healed up - it'll be back in the saddle again. In the mean time, I'm doing some riding lessons and tutoring of students for gaming.

Everyone take the time to stop and smell the roses while they are in bloom. Life goes by too fast. Enjoy it while you can.
